Habits is a fitness and coaching club, designed on architectural level. No loud music, no crowded floor, no chain-style atmosphere. The membership stays intentionally limited, the standard stays high, and the method is built around three pillars — Build, Refine, Belong.

No. You can train independently with a fitness membership, take coaching only, or combine both. Many members start with fitness and add coaching later — or the other way around.
No. Habits is one club, in Lendelede. That’s deliberate — it keeps the standard, the team, and the experience consistent.
Personal Coaching
Build is coaching only — focused on training over a 12-week cycle. Refine adds nutrition coaching, 24/7 gym access and supplement guidance — the full Habits experience. Flex gives you the same quality coaching without a fixed cycle: you choose the number of sessions and use them on your terms.
That’s exactly why coaching exists. We start where you are — no judgment, no comparison. The program adjusts to your level, not the other way around.
Yes. Many clients start with Build and move to Refine when they’re ready for more, or shift to Flex once habits are in place. Coaching evolves with you.
It’s the part most coaching skips, and the part that decides whether results last. With Refine, nutrition is built in from day one — not as an extra, but as a core part of the method.
Duo Coaching
No. Coaching is built around both individuals — you train together, but the program respects each body. A couple, a parent and child, two friends with different starting points — it works.
We work with you to reschedule. Sessions are planned in advance and we keep things flexible — life happens.
The price is per person, per quarter. Each person commits to their own program — that’s part of what makes it work.
Different, not less. You lose 100% individual focus, but you gain accountability, motivation, and a shared rhythm. For most couples and pairs, that trade-off is exactly what makes them stick with it.
Group Coaching
Four to six people. Small enough that the coach knows every name, every level, every progression. Big enough to create shared rhythm and accountability.
A group class is a workout. Group Coaching is a program. Same coach over 12 weeks, structured progression, individual attention within the group, results that are tracked and adjusted.
Yes. Each participant gets a personal level, personal corrections, and personal progression — within the group framework. The coach adjusts in real time.
Many do. Group Coaching is for people who want to start with Habits-quality coaching at an accessible level. Once you know the method, switching to Personal or Duo is a natural next step.
Fitness
Yes. Members get personal access at any hour — early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays. Your schedule decides when you train, not ours.
No. Fitness members come and go freely. Appointments are only for coaching sessions.
Monthly membership requires a 1-year initial commitment, after which it continues 4-weekly with monthly cancellation possible. 12-week and 1-year prepaid memberships run for their full term — no automatic renewal.
Members can bring a guest for a trial session — get in touch in advance so we can prepare it properly. Habits stays calm because access stays controlled.
